HTML & CSS are the basics of web development.

Going down memory lane... this post covers weird HTML hacks. I remember a number of these and some are still needed for HTML emails!

On the other side, You don't need JavaScript for that, covers new tags and CSS that will handle stuff JavaScript used to. I learned about the Dialog tag... I'm sure I've seen it before, but never implemented it. Going to do that this week!
