Superglue is an interesting new framework from Thoughtbot that mixes Rails and React. Making a mashup of React and Turbo/StimulusJS for building apps quickly.
It uses the built in respond_to from Rails and mixes props, JS, and ERB. I'm not sure it's easier than Hotwired, but does seem to be an improvement for apps that need React.
It also has some HTMXish data attributes for loading remote data and some other client side functionality. It's actually of fork from Turbolinks3.
I love the innovation happening in the web development space!
